Sorry to have forgotten to post for Friday class. We covered ch 2 and 3 last Fri, and hw for both those chapters is due next week. Read ch 4 and 5.

Monday 9/12

We covered the rest of ch 4, and started ch 5. Ch 4 hw due on Wed.

First Quiz will be Wed, Sept 28 and cover ch 1-5.

Wed 9/7

We covered the rest of ch 3 and started on ch 4. Ch 3 homework due Mon, and read ch 5

Friday 9/2

We covered ch 1. Read ch 2,3, and 4 for next week. No homework.

Wed 8/31

We covered ch 2, and started on ch 3. Ch 2 homework due next Wed (no class on monday). Read ch 3 and 4.

Monday 8/29

Now that the computer is working in the classroom, I guess I should start posting here. Today we finished our discussion of chapter 1. Read ch 2 and 3 for Wed.

NEWS FOR LAST CLASS

There will be no class on Monday 5/9. If you turned your paper in via email, it will be sent back to you with comments and grade, and your final grade. If you turned it in as hard copy, then you can pick it up, with final grade, at the faculty support desk that is now located in the commons area.

By the way, if I were writing this paper I would have attacked climate change AND obesity by banning drive-thrus. Think about it!
